High-profile retailers wanted for new highway super centre
We are wanting to hear from retailers or retail services interested in securing a position in a new highway retail service centre in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. The developers will design/construct to suit. We are currently negotiating with a service station tenant and major US branded fast food tenant, both of which will add additional customer traffic to this already-fabulous corner location.
Zone: Morayfield ‘Centre’ zone within Morayfield Centre precinct. Will suit existing large format & general retail, hotel, medical, automotive or self-storage. Building height to 15 meters. All uses and further development STCA.
Currently, a development application is underway at the council. The owners would consider selling the property
